2 Unlimited in Actienieuws

2 Unlimited wil het weer helemaal gaan maken.
2 Unlimited is terug. Niet met Ray en Anita, maar met Romy en Marion. De twee meiden gooiden het in een Belgische opnamestudio over een andere boeg dan hun voorgangers. Actienieuws kreeg als eerste in Nederland het nieuwe 2 Unlimited geluid te horen.
De twee producers die Ray en Anita als 2 Unlimited lanceerden, zijn uit op nieuw succes.
Jean-Paul: Wij willen graag hoofdstuk twee, zoals wij dat noemen, van 2 Unlimited beginnen. En we willen graag de succesvolle carriere van 2 Unlimited verder zetten.
De Amsterdamse Romy en Zeeuwse Marion hebben een uitgebreide selectie achter de rug.
Jean-Paul: We hebben audities gehad in België, in Londen, en we hebben toch denk ik tussen de honderd en hondervijftig meisjes voor de microfoon gehad en daar hebben we nu twee meisjes uit gekozen eigenlijk.
Phil: 't is dansbaar. Ik denk dat dat de meest globale omschrijving voor waar we mee bezig zijn, want we schrijven een beetje in alle richtingen. Het gaat eigenlijk van R&B tot de oude 2 Unlimited stijl. Het gaat een beetje alle richtingen uit, we doen gewoon ons ding, hebben we trouwens altijd gedaan, en daar voelen we ons best mee, en daar is 't ook trouwens altijd mee gelukt.
Het is de bedoeling om de nieuwe CD van 2 Unlimited in maart wereld wijd te lanceren.

2 Unlimited is back. Not with Ray en Anita, but with Romy en Marion. In a Belgian recording studio, the two girls changed tack compared with their predecessors. 'Actienieuws' was the first in the Netherlands to hear how the new 2 Unlimited sounds.
The two producers who launched Ray and Anita as 2 Unlimited are out for new success.
Jean-Paul: We gladly want to start, as we call it, chapter two of 2 Unlimited. And we want to continue the successful career of 2 Unlimited.
Romy from Amsterdam and Marion from Zeeland have extensive selections behind them.
Jean-Paul: We have had auditions in Belgium, in London, and we have had, I think, between one hundred and hundred-and-fifty girls in front of the microphone, and from those we have now chosen two girls, really.
Phil: It's danceable. I think that is the most global description of what we're doing, because we're writing in all kinds of directions. Is ranges from R&B to the old 2 Unlimited style, really. It's going a bit in all directions, we're just doing our thing, we always did that by the way, and we feel well with it, and we always managed this way.
The new CD of 2 Unlimited is supposed to launch in March world-wide.
